A while back I had a post about a contest to win a free session. Some of you may remember this, is has been quite a while and a lot has happened since then. I have been super busy with my new position at Katy Magazine as the new staff photographer. During this time we have been going through the dreariest of weather which has caused me to reschedule twice with my winner! Irony of ironies, today it snowed. Today we also had our session! Yay! How cool to be able to capture the snow, that happens so rarely in Houston, during my winners session! About the Winner

Little Levi had the cutest picture by anonymous vote, and I couldnt have been happier with who was picked! The family is awesome, and Levi is just adorable. He is 17 months old and has a special place with me because he reminds me of my son who is just a little older. He was so great at following directions and even though it was snowing, wet, muddy, and 34 degrees outside he was happy till the bitter end! Jackie, thanks so much for driving out and being willing to shoot in this weather. I really hope we get to shoot again when the weather is nicer to your boy .
